Tip 2: Put your "tastes" on a plate.
Instead of grazing at the Thanksgiving party, put anything you plan to eat on a plate. If you can see it, you're more likely to see how fast the "tastes" add up!
Tip 3: Focus on family and friends.
Holidays aren't just about the food - it's a time for fellowship! Spend more time having meaningful conversation with those you love - tell them what you love about them and why you are thankful for them!
